The game puts players in the role of the four Pevensie children: Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy. The four find themselves in the magical land of Narnia when they enter a magical wardrobe. Narnia, land of talking animals, has been oppressed by the evil White Witch, who has made it winter all year long. The children soon befriend Mr. and Mrs. Beaver, who tell them of the great Aslan, a huge lion who ruled Narnia before the witch. The children quickly find themselves in the middle of the war between Aslan and the witch. Players have all four of the children available the game and can switch between them at any point. Each has his or her own special abilities: Peter is the strongest melee fighter, while Susan’s ranged attacks allow players to take out enemies from afar. They can also team up to perform combo attacks that inflict more damage upon their enemies. At the end of each level, players can upgrade each character’s abilities, weapons, and armor. With many scenes recreated from the movie and a magical feel to it, CHRONICLES OF NARNIA: THE LION, THE WITCH, AND THE WARDROBE is sure to delight fans of the novel and movie alike.
